According to the Report, crisis such as COVID-19, climate change, and conflicts\u2014have put the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in grave danger along with humanity&#8217;s survival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Findings:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Economic shocks due to COVID-19 have pushed 93 million into poverty in 2020, undoing &#8220;more than four years&#8221; work of alleviating poverty.\u00a0<\/li><li>Also, it has affected global healthcare services and education. E.g., 22.7 million children missed basic vaccines in 2020.<\/li><li>Conflict, COVID-19, climate change, and rising inequalities all together threaten global food security. About 1 in 10 people worldwide are suffering from hunger.<\/li><li>Women have experienced a higher proportion of job losses, as well as increased domestic care work. According to evidence, the pandemic has aggravated violence against women.<\/li><li>Rising global Greenhouse gas emissions result in record-breaking temperatures and more extreme weather.<\/li><li>The world&#8217;s forest area continues to shrink, mainly due to agricultural expansion.<\/li><li>War in Ukraine created one of the largest refugee crises of modern time (more than 6 million people till May 2022).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recommendations&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>End armed conflicts and embark on a path of diplomacy and peace.<\/li><li>Adopt low-carbon, resilient and inclusive development pathways.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What makes a sustainable future?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-verse\" style=\"font-size: 18.5px; text-align: justify;\">The development that meets the need of the present and at the same time protects the earth for future generations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Donate what you do not use&nbsp;<\/li><li>If possible, grow your own produce&nbsp;<\/li><li>Waste less food and support local farmers&nbsp;<\/li><li>Go paperless<\/li><li>Use renewable energy&nbsp;<\/li><li>Help educate the children&nbsp;<\/li><li>Empower women and girls and ensure their equal rights&nbsp;<\/li><li>Avoid wasting water&nbsp;<\/li><li>Use energy-efficient appliances&nbsp;<\/li><li>Create job opportunities for youth&nbsp;<\/li><li>Fund projects that provide basic infrastructure<\/li><li>Support the disadvantaged people&nbsp;<\/li><li>Bike, walk or use public transportation&nbsp;<\/li><li>Recycle&nbsp;<\/li><li>Act now to stop the global warming&nbsp;<\/li><li>Avoid plastic&nbsp;<\/li><li>Plant a
