There are even four gymnast skills named after her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-verse\" style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;\">In the middle of the 2020 summer Olympics in Tokyo, she stunned millions of viewers worldwide when she decided to withdraw from the games after winning two medals. She could have won back-to-back golds, but she chose her mental health over medal success. In her statement, she said that the game she loves has become more to please other people than herself. She further stated that her mind and body weren&#8217;t in sync.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-verse\" style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;\">Time Magazine also highlighted courage shown by her in a sexual assault case. She faced &#8216;sexual assault&#8217; by a former USA gymnastics team doctor Larry Nassar. Biles is the only survivor of that scandal who is still competing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-verse\" style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;\">Athletes&#8217; life is all about control so that little is left to chance while performing when the lights are brightest and the stakes highest.
