The first one took place on January 01, 1992.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-verse\" style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;\"\n>The countries exchanged the lists of fishermen and civilian prisoners in their custody too. The two countries arrest them.
