Twitter has decided to adopt a &#8220;poison pill&#8217; strategy. Poison pills are common among companies when faced with hostile takeover situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About poison pill strategy:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-verse\" style=\"font-size: 18px;
