Russia blocked internet access in parts of Ukraine by attacking internet towers. However, Elon Musk came to the rescue
Due to the severity of the situation, the Ukrainian vice president tweeted to Elon Musk requesting him to provide Starlink stations to the people of Ukraine. Merely 10 hours after the tweet, Elon Musk replied that the service had been activated. With his action, he won hearts.

So far, SpaceX has launched more than 1,700 satellites, with a total of 40,000 planned. It is an ambitious project to provide internet access around the world.
